Who we are

GrainPrint is a trade name of JM Pronk B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number], located in Utrecht, the Netherlands. "We," "us," and "our" refer to JM Pronk B.V. trading as GrainPrint.

 

What we sell

GrainPrint sells digital woodworking plans delivered as downloadable PDF files. We do not sell or ship physical products. Plans are sold for personal and non-commercial use unless a separate commercial license is purchased.

 

License to use

When you purchase a plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Download and print the plan for your own personal use.
Build and keep, sell, or gift the physical items you make from the plan.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file itself (in original or modified form).
Use the plan or its content to create a competing product or derivative plans for resale.
Claim authorship of the design itself.

 

Pricing and currency

Prices are listed in EUR or USD. Prices may change at any time; the price at the time of purchase applies to your order.

 

Account and accuracy

You're responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, since this is how your plans are delivered. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address.

 

Limitation of liability

Plans are provided "as is." While we take care to check measurements and instructions, woodworking involves tools and materials that carry inherent risk. You are responsible for your own safety, tool use, and verifying measurements before cutting. GrainPrint is not liable for injury, material loss, or damages arising from the use of a plan, to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
