Shipping policy

GrainPrint sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping.

• Delivery method: Your plan(s) will be available for instant download immediately after payment is confirmed, and a download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• File format: PDF, optimized for printing at home or at a print shop.
• Re-download access: You can re-download your files anytime via the link in your confirmation email or your Shopify account order history. If you lose access, contact info@grainprint.com with your order number.
• Delivery issues: If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder first, then contact us — we'll resend it.
