Nature of the product
Because GrainPrint sells digital content delivered immediately upon payment, our refund approach reflects the EU rules for digital downloads.
Right of withdrawal — and why it doesn't apply here
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content once downloading has started, provided you have given your prior consent and acknowledged that you lose this right. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
> *"I agree to immediate access to this digital product and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download starts."*
By checking this box and completing your purchase, you waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
When we do offer a refund
We want you to be happy with your plans. We'll issue a full refund if:
- You received the wrong file or a corrupted/unopenable PDF.
- The plan has a significant error that makes it unusable as described.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Contact us at info@grainprint.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the issue. We'll fix the file or refund you, whichever makes sense.
What we don't refund
Change of mind after downloading, where the file itself works as described.
Difficulty completing the build due to skill level, tools, or materials (we're happy to help troubleshoot instead — just ask).
